What is Trust?

Trust

Definition: "assured reliance on character, ability, strength or truth of someone or something; one in which confidence is placed" (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/trust). 

Trust is earned and gained by fully engaging in your work and ensuring that you are doing what was either asked of you, or that you committed to doing. 

Trust is demonstrated by: 

• Confidence in your word and in the word of others
• Acceptance
• Dependability
• Leaving no doubt in your credibility
