Keep reasonable expectations with what you demand of others and yourself, especially when working with other students. Treat everyone equally. If assignments have specific guidelines or regulations, be sure to follow them. Should conflicts arise between yourself and others, try to establish resolutions that are fair to everyone.
Fairness is demonstrated by:
- Being equal to others
- Unbiased - not taking a side
- Following established rules and standards
- Balancing conflicts
