  • describe the process for choosing the prize-winner;
  • categorize the prize-winners according to the type of peace movement each represents;
  • understand the Nobel Peace Prize as one measure of peace movement impact; and
  • reflect on your own opinions about past prize-winners and debate this with your classmates.
