Introduce Yourself

Outcomes

This orientation task is designed to help you to

• become familiar with the LEARN discussion environment and
• become acquainted with your classmates and their objectives in taking the course.

Instructions

Please introduce yourself to your classmates on the Introduce Yourself discussion topic. 

The Introduce Yourself discussion topic can be accessed from the Course Home page by clicking Connect and then Discussions on the course navigation bar. 

Optional

You may also want to consider adding a picture of yourself, or some other image (e.g., an avatar), to your LEARN profile. The picture will, for example, appear next to any discussion posts you make in LEARN, which will enable your classmates and your instructor to get a sense of who you are.

Note that all information included in your Profile will be visible to all users who have access to your course(s).
